I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?
Sales confirmation emails are sent with each order that our billingcompany processes
for us. So please make sure that you enter a valid email address each time that
you purchase a membership to insure that you'll receive your confirmation.
Some Internet Service Providers have very strict policies and they see these
confirming emails as Spam, which can be a reason why you don't receive a confirmation.
In that case, get in touch with Support
to retreive your login codes.
I have forgotten/lost my username and password. Where can
I get this?
Usually you should receive an email confirmation once you become a member, if
you lost or did not get this email, you can send a message at Support
with your information so we can search through our database of members.
My username and password do not work. What do I do?
Check your confirmation email for the exact username and password.
It is important to not include any spaces if you copy and paste
the info. (An easy way to copy and paste is to doubleclick on the login, rightmouse
click to copy and again to paste in the box to login. The same with the password)
The extra box that requires Enter the code shown is not case sensitive.
If you would prefer to create your personal login and this option did not come up during the signup process, contact Support and send them the username/password combination of your choice.
How can I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please go to the page of the
biller that was used to process your order.
This could be Verotel, Epoch,
CCBill or 2000Charge.
If you still have difficulties cancelling your membership, please contact Support.

How can I download the movies?
You can save movies to your harddisk by clicking on the format of your choice
and select the Save As option.
The movies don't work on my iPhone/iPad, why not?
You should have cookies enabled in your safari settings, Private browsing needs
to be set off and Javascript needs to be on. Make sure your iPhone/iPad is setup
like that, exit Safari, restart and try again.
How can I download the complete picture set?
On top of each gallery you will find a button saying "Download Zip".
Click this link to download the zipfile of the complete gallery to your HardDrive.
